• The main house kitchen is a fully equipped, chef-grade kitchen with cookware, bakeware, cutlery, serving platters, glassware and a complete pot and pan set — ready for family meals or private-chef service.
• Pantry essentials are provided: all-purpose seasoning, salt and pepper, olive oil, dish soap and dishwasher tablets. Foil, plastic wrap and extra condiments are not provided — nearby supermarkets carry them.
• The studio and two-bedroom apartment have their own kitchens.

Miele 6-burner gas stove & griddle

• Push and turn the corresponding knob until the burner lights.
• Allow the gas griddle to preheat and cool fully before cleaning.
• Use the ventilation hood while cooking — it has a three-button control panel; the hood light adds visibility if needed.

Avoid abrasive cleaners on the stovetop or griddle.

Bosch double oven

Samsung refrigerator & freezer

• The ice maker operates automatically. For larger groups, ice production may be slower — purchasing additional ice is recommended.
• Keep the freezer door closed to maintain temperature and ice production.
• The built-in water filter requires no guest maintenance.

Dishwashers — two units

• Place a dishwasher tablet in the dedicated compartment, close the door fully, select Auto or Normal and press Start.

Do not wash wooden items, knives, non-dishwasher-safe plastics, insulated cups or tumblers, or cookware not rated for dishwasher use. For safety, do not run a dishwasher when leaving the villa.

Ninja coffee maker

• Use the built-in reusable filter; paper filters are not provided.
• Add coffee grounds to the filter basket and fill the water reservoir.
• Turn the machine on, select Small Batch, Classic or Rich, and press Brew.

Breville Nespresso machine

• Fill the rear water tank. Lift the lever, insert an Original Nespresso capsule and close securely.
• Select a cup size and press Brew. A starter supply of capsules is in the kitchen drawer.
• For the integrated frother, fill to the marked line, choose a froth setting and start the cycle.

Do not add milk to the brewing unit — milk should only be used in the integrated frother.

Cuisinart electric kettle

• Place the kettle on its base and fill with water.
• Choose a preset — 160°F Delicate, 175°F Green, 185°F White, 190°F Oolong, 200°F French Press or Boil/Black — and press Start. Use Keep Warm if desired.

Nespresso milk frother

• Fill with milk to the marked line and secure the lid. Press once for hot froth, or use the indicated setting for another mode.
• Wait for the cycle to finish before pouring. Do not overfill, and do not immerse the base in water while cleaning.

Instant Pot multi-cooker

• Use only the preset cooking modes and avoid sealed-pressure settings.
• Do not leave it unattended while in use.
• If pressure mode is activated accidentally, allow the pressure to release naturally before opening.

Crockpot slow cooker

• Choose Low, High or Warm with the front dial, and turn it Off after use.
• Let the insert cool before cleaning.

• A grill, outdoor dining area and wine cooler are available in the covered living spaces.
• Keep outdoor music controlled and clean the grill after use.

• Smart TVs are available in both covered outdoor living areas, the main living room, apartments and bedrooms.
• The villa also includes a billiard table, games table, keyboard, guitars and a selection of games.
• Please sign out of personal streaming accounts before departure.

• A small gym alongside the property is suitable for light workouts.
• Beach chairs, a cooler, snorkeling gear and pool noodles are provided for island days.
• A baby high chair and playpen are available; ask the property manager about additional baby equipment.

• Before arrival, you will receive codes for the gate-remote lockbox and the front-door key lockbox.

• Garden service visits Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM and usually takes under three hours.
• Service teams may enter the grounds as part of routine villa care.

• Do not flush toilet paper, wipes, tissues or sanitary items; use the covered bathroom bins.
• The main green collection bin is at the front of the property.
• Please use water mindfully and never pour oil or grease down the sink.
